Sometimes I wish the Chinese weren't so honest.
While hosting a couple of guests tonight for dinner, a laowei said to me, "You look like you're seventeen."
Before I had a chance to feel good about myself, a Chinese lady blurted, "Yeah but look at her hands. She's not that young."
::sigh::

what are you talking? that clay thing is like a mini version of you! and what's wrong with your hands?! they don't look a day over 12! ;)
